If you look at the statistics today , you will realize that the birth rate in the USis  dropping quickly .  I think this is for a variety of reasons .  First, the economy continues to drop .  If they are worried about their own cash in hand and taking care of themselves , then the thought of being responsible for another human being is scary and overwhelming .  So, the political economy of our country is frightening people from giving birth .  Second, the US for the past however many years has worked its way into probably the most individualistic society in the history of the world .  When people are thinking only of self and trying to bring glory to their name, the idea of changing poopy diapers is not that sexy    The narrative of most youth in the nation is, "I'll live life as fullest as I can for as long as I can, and then maybe when I'm older, I might get married and have a kid or two."  I think another factor not to be neglected  is the amount of people who have faith in America.  Traditionally, both Christians and Muslims will have high birth rates because of their beliefs .  In fact, if you look around the world, Muslims are having babies at a very high rate , which is leading to a world population that will be dominated by Muslims in a few years.  With faith that is dwindling in America, birth rates do as well .

All of these moms that I am talking to are all passing through the challenge of whether to continue to work their jobs and get daycare or stay at home .  Fortunately, there are a ton more jobs to day where moms can work, at least part time and make some money.   If you can blog or manage some Social Media accounts, then you can stay at home with baby.   This is a plan that needs to be thought through by the husband and wife .  I think all these babies around is a good thing, and maybe we can turn this birth rate thing around!
